Four-axis infrared automatic edge cutting machine is designed for edge cutting and bottom horizontal cutting. The advantages of this machine are small volume, high precision, less operator and Low labor intensity.

Structural characteristics:

1. Vertical saw is used for edge cutting and horizontal saw is used for bottom trimming.                                                              

2. The working table is controlled by frequency converter. According to different hardness and thickness, the cutting speed can be adjusted, at the same time, the working table can also finish slicing. 

3. The horizontal movement of working table, blade and the vertical movement of blade all adopt linear guide way. The horizontal movement of working table, blade are controlled by rotary encoder and the vertical movement of blade is controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder. Precision of specification is high and stability of the machine is good.                                                                        

4. Turning radius of main blade is small and the turning speed is fast, so the efficiency of this machine is much higher than manual edge cutting machine and infrared bridge cutting machine and this can also save cost of production.                                                        

5. The workbench will be out of flatness after long working time, you need to adjust the workbench. You can get the horizontal blade off and install a horizontal milling head, adjust the milling depth, then polish the surface of workbench and make it flatness.  

 6. According to the requirement of customer, this machine can add profile shaping function.
